Former Schaefer Brewing
Malting Facility

The City of Buffalo, NY, ordered emergency demolition of the former malting facility. Due to the building's lack of structural integrity, asbestos containing materials could not be remove prior to demolition, so the State of New York granted a variance for the building to be demolished with the asbestos intact.
