Project Background

Former bulb manufacturing facility consisting of 16-interconnected buildings totaling 423k-SF of building footprint at multiple floors tall spanning nearly a City block.

Subcontractors performed asbestos abatement of materials identified within surveys including additionally discovered asbestos materials not previously visible. Sabre ground crews performed cleaning following asbestos abatement of contaminated surfaces including free Mercury and hazardous dust accumulations in areas identified by the client. Crews removed universal and electronic wastes prior to building demolition. Crews demolished building structures removing segregated and sized debris. Slab, foundations and footers were removed under scope. Areas were backfilled and restored per specification.
